In March, China's motorcycle industry continued to maintain a good momentum of development. On the one hand, due to the epidemic last year, the 2020 based amount is relatively low. On the other hand, in the last two years, the market demand for motorcycles as a means of transportation has resumed obviously, the convenience of motorcycle is loved by consumers.
The industry completed sales of motorcycles are 1.8429 million, up 75.07 percent month-on-month, and up 33.65 percent year-on-year. Among these sales, 1,634,200 were sold motorcycles, and 208,700 were three-wheeled motorcycles.
The total volume of motorcycle exports was 801,500, up 58.52 percent month-on-month and up 54.42 percent year-on-year. The value of motorcycle exports was US $500 million, up 62.44 percent month-on-month and up 67.7 percent year-on-year. Among these exported motorcycles, 752,300 were exported motorcycles, and 49,300 were exported motorcycles.
With the outbreak recovery, China's motorcycle exports increased significantly for three consecutive months, and the cumulative export volume reached the best level in recent years.
